Usage and Safety Guidelines
- Timing: Take it 30 to 45 minutes right before bedtime on an empty stomach. Avoid high-fat meals, as they lower absorption.
- Sleep Window: Only take it if you have time to sleep for at least 7 hours before needing to be active again.
- Duration: Use it for the shortest time possible (usually a few days to a maximum of 2–4 weeks) to prevent dependence and withdrawal effects. Do not stop taking it suddenly without medical advice.
- Activities to Avoid: Do not drive, operate heavy machinery, or do dangerous tasks the next morning, as the drug can cause residual morning dizziness and sleepiness. Avoid alcohol completely.
